Claims are accepted only in cases of obvious spoilage (foul smell, discoloration, mold or rotten) within within 24 hours of delivery

Product Claim Procedure:
1. Customers must take a photo of the product upon delivery and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
2. The label showing lot number and invoice or order number must be kept as proof.
